March 2006 Minutes 3/6/2006 Meeting Minutes of the Blue Knights Chapter 9 The meeting was called to order and the prayer was led by Patience. The treasury report was given. More discussion about the Rally and Ride consisted of: 1. Terry Zaffuto volunteered to cook and the food donations are coming in. 2. Door prizes are needed and everyone was encouraged to get some. 3. Jobs during the rally were assigned. a. Security – Shannon Womack & Kevin Smith b. Cook – Terry Zaffuto c. Money collector – Patience Pollet 4. Route will be set by Terry Zaffuto. 5. Patience will check to make sure Will and Family will be able to make the rally. 6. Auction will be held during the rally Mike Zeigler is looking for an MC. 7. Bike show for american & metric will be held with a 1st & 2nd for each. Patience is to check into hotels for the Gulfport Blowout. Club ride is set for March 26, 2006 put together by Shannon Womack. It was discussed and agreed to give any non-renewing member a refund on their patches if member purchased them. Next meeting is scheduled for 7 pm, April 3, 2006 at the Harley Shop in Hammond. Meeting was adjourned.
